We reserve the right to replace or repair your item at our discretion.
As with any specialty item store, personalized engraved items are not returnable. These items can not be resold to someone else if returned.
Please obtain prior authorization before returning an item. You may obtain that authorization by contacting us through our email. Please note we are not responsible for damaged or lost goods that are returned to us. We recommend that you insure all items that are returned. Items damaged in shipping that are not properly packaged will not be credited or replaced. Please use a padded envelope to insure that damages do not occur.
